Abstract

ABSTMCT UMKM Bina Sejahtera in Klaten Regency produces corn chips with Jluctuating sales figures every month. In addition, UMKM Bina Sejahtera have limited marketing of their products. This study aims to see feasibility and evaluate business performance from market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, organizational and management aspecfi, rtnanciol and economic aspects, and see how for the parameters change in the business sensitivity analysis. The result ofanalysis business assessment criterias are Return On Invesment (RO, is 65, l7% and positive value. Net Present Value (NPV) is about Rp.14.52 j.866,- and more than 0. Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) is 2,3109 and more than l. Break Even Point (BEP) k 328,178 kilograms(kg) and smaller than production and sales data. Payback Period (PBP) as long as I year 6 month which shorler than economic life of the business is 5 years. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 29,46% and more bigger thon Discount Factor. Business of corn chips UMKII Bina Sejahtera declaredfeasible and be expected to UMKM Bina Sejahtera to develop this business and it could provide beneJits and broader employment to community. The sensitivily analysis from this business shows that the most influential on the business is the sales level of 73,31%.
