In the COVID-19 pandemic, students have to study at home because of social distancing to reduce coronavirus spread. Therefore, teachers must conduct online classes in the teaching and learning process. In this online learning, the use of e-learning is an essential part. The study aims to describe the implementation of WhatsApp, Zoom, and LMS in teaching English in the Statistics Department of IST AKPRIND Yogyakarta during the COVID-19 pandemic. This descriptive study employed observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the three applications with different features effectively facilitated learning. WhatsApp (WAG, voice note, video call) was used to interact directly between lecturer and students, upload, and download additional materials and assignments. Zoom was employed as a discussion forum through the video conference feature, whereas software LMS was utilized to give information and upload/download materials or references, assignments, quizzes, mid- semester and final examination, feedback, and assessments . However, some problems arose during online class, including network connection problems, expensive internet quota, limited time, large memory, students’ boredom, lack of technological knowledge, etc. Still, the combination of WhatsApp, Zoom, and LMS could solve those problems with their distinct feature
