Abstract
The development of technology and industry at this time makes the workforce absorbed by the industrial sector increase. This causes the aspects of Occupational Safety and Health of workers in a production process to be given more attention. To identify potential hazards (hazards) and determine the risk value of the HAZARDS that arise, the researchers conducted an analysis using the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) method. The data in this study were collected using interview, observation and secondary data collection techniques. The results showed that labor productivity had a significant relationship with the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health.
